Our commitment is to craft quality, luxury finish, and a dustless process. ### 3. Estimates and Payment Terms We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates that clearly outline the scope of work and associated costs. A detailed proposal will be provided for all projects. Payment terms will be clearly stipulated in your project agreement, typically involving an initial deposit and progress payments. All proposals include the price, scope, and materials involved. For changes to the project scope, a formal change order process will be initiated, requiring written approval from both parties. ### 4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing personal belongings. For older properties in New York City, compliance with EPA RRP rule (Lead-Safe Certification) procedures for buildings constructed pre-1978 may be required, and we will advise accordingly. Adherence to NYC co-op and condo board building regulations and work hours, where applicable, is also the client's responsibility, and we ask for proper notification. ### 5. Project Timeline and Site Preparation Project timelines will be discussed during the estimate phase. Proper site preparation is essential to ensure project success and will be detailed in your proposal. We prioritize efficiency while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship. ### 6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability We offer an explicit workmanship warranty on our flooring services, details of which will be provided in your contract. This ensures peace of mind regarding the quality and durability of our work. Our limitation of liability is defined by the terms of our project agreements and applicable New York State law, providing protection for both parties. ### 7. Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy requires written notice. Specific fees may apply based on the project stage and expenses incurred. Details will be provided in your service agreement. ### 8. Governing Law These terms shall be governing law under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We adhere to all compliance with NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) licensing requirements. ### 9.
